GENERAL DESCRIPTION

This magnificent beach house has direct access to Bakoven Beach, one of Cape Town’s most popular small swimming beaches, just past the Camps Bay strip. With unparalleled ocean views and outdoor and indoor entertaining areas, it’s the epitome of a perfect location. Conveniently situated – you’ll be walking distance to the bars, restaurants, and shops in Central Camps Bay – yet it's still perfectly private. The cherry on top - this house also has a double parking garage (a rarity is this area).  


This property is laid out perfectly to optimise views and relaxation. Entering on the open-plan upper level, your first impression is of breathtaking ocean views. Exposed beams, and coastal themed blue-and-white decor set the tone for the ultimate beach escape and create the ideal ambience for laidback dining and entertaining. A gas hob and barbecue make cooking indoors and out easy at all times, while dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer make longer stays comfortable and convenient. On the lower level, all three spacious bedrooms and bathrooms have TVs, and sliding doors opening onto the outdoors. The main suite at the front of the property has its own balcony with sun loungers overlooking the beach. Cool off under the outdoor shower after the beach in summer, and enjoy the gas fireplace with a glass of wine in winter.

This beautifully designed beach house is spread across two thoughtfully arranged levels to maximise both comfort and views. The upper level welcomes you with open-plan living spaces, where exposed beams, coastal décor, and sweeping ocean views set the tone for relaxed seaside living. Downstairs, all three spacious bedrooms open onto the outdoors, each with its own bathroom and TV. The main suite features a private balcony with sun loungers overlooking Bakoven Beach, perfect for soaking in the sunset.

Enjoy a scenic drive along one of the world’s most famous stretches of road, Chapman’s Peak Drive and take in the undulating coast line of the Atlantic Ocean.
