Modern and spacious luxury villa with stunning ocean and mountain views from every level of this bright and stylish Camps Bay home. It’s perfect for watching sunsets and just a 5-minute walk from the beach, lively promenade and restaurants. The villa is fully equipped and offers spacious lounges, a fireplace, a private pool, a deck area, and a large rooftop.
This villa is perfect for a group or large family, offering 6 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, plus a guest toilet. It features a private pool, rooftop jacuzzi, lift and secure parking (garage). The house includes two full-time housekeepers and a full backup power system in case of loadshedding.
There’s plenty of space for everyone to relax, with generous living areas that allow for both social time and quiet moments. Entertainment features include a swimming pool, jacuzzi, outdoor dining area, braai, and a separate rooftop deck for relaxing. The garage has space for two cars. A water filter is installed on the taps, so the tap water is safe to drink. One of the bedrooms is part of a private studio within the villa, complete with its own kitchen and bathroom.
The bedroom with two single beds can be converted into a king-size bed with a mattress converter—just let us know in advance.

This expansive, multi-level villa unfolds across three levels, offering a thoughtfully designed layout that maximises both privacy and sitting areas.
The upper floor features the master suite, complete with an en-suite bath and a private balcony that overlooks ocean and mountain panoramas. It also includes two more rooms, both en-suite. The main level houses a spacious open-plan living, dining, and gourmet kitchen area that seamlessly flow onto a covered, sun-soaked lounging deck. A leisurely brunch on one of the decks that goes on for hours, turning into early afternoon when it’s time for another dip. An evening cycle or run along the esplanade that meanders the curves of the Atlantic Seaboard. A quick steam in the main en suite shower before that evening
