VillaTwo is an exquisitely designed luxury beachfront villa on the shoreline of north beach Vilanculos. With the highest elevation on the property the ocean views are breathtaking from the moment you walk through the door. VillaTwo has three double bedrooms, an infinity pool and rooftop space with spectacular views over the islands of the Bazaruto Archipelago National Park and Vilanculos bay.
The villa bedrooms have their own beautifully designed en suite bathrooms and verandahs with panoramic vistas. Two of the bedrooms are in the main villa and the third bedroom is part of the private garden cottage within the gardens of the main villa just a few meters away.
The cottage has an en suite bathroom, kitchenette, outside dining, braai and verandah. The main villa has an open plan lounge leading out to the pool deck, outside lounge, inside & outside dining, sheltered braai area, a fully equipped kicthen, bar fridge and a beautiful rooftop terrace.
VillaTwo is surrounded by manicured gardens, elevated and set back from the beach. The villa has it’s own pathway down to the beach and joint access to the uniquely designed Tsai-Tsai beach lounge, a sociable space only accessible for guests staying within the Tsai-Tsai Villas property.

The tip of the San Sebastian Peninsula on the Indian Ocean coast of Mozambique - The Sanctuary
The Sanctuary is a 43,900-hectare marine and terrestrial conservation area on the San Sebastian peninsula, along Mozambique’s Indian Ocean coast near Vilanculos. It lies within the Great Bazaruto Key Biodiversity Area and the Inhambane Seascape Hope Spot, highlighting its rich ecological value.
The reserve encompasses diverse habitats including wetlands, mangroves, coral reefs, small islands, tidal flats, lakes, estuaries, forests, dunes, savannah, and Miombo woodlands, which together support a wide range of wildlife and bird species. Established in 2000 as a Fully Protected Area under private management, The Sanctuary is recognised as a leading example of cooperative conservation involving government, local communities, and the private sector.
